Athletics' Jordan Diaz: Optioned to Triple-A

Diaz was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday.

Diaz had a rough go of it with the A's in Cactus League play, batting .083 with a double and two runs scored while striking out three times over 24 at-bats in 10 contests. He'll now look to get right with the Aviators before he inevitably gets another shot with the major-league roster in 2024.
