The Trail Blazers signed Moore to a two-way contract Friday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Moore averaged 4.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 10.0 minutes across four regular-season appearances for Portland in 2023-24. He will split time between the Trail Blazers and their G League affiliate next season.
