Elliott signed a contract with the Steelers' 53-man roster Saturday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
Elliott has been elevated to the Steelers' active roster twice already, and now he's received a contract to remain part of the team moving forward. He's only played on special teams thus far, and that should remain the extent of his role barring an injury higher on the depth chart.
