Ducks' Pavel Mintyukov: Missing preseason opener

Mintyukov (lower body) won't play Tuesday in a preseason game versus the Sharks, Derek Lee of The Hockey News reports.

Mintyukov is a virtual lock for the Opening Night roster, as long as he's healthy. That means he'll likely be brought along cautiously in the preseason. His next chance to play is Thursday's home preseason game versus the Sharks.
