Flames' Martin Pospisil: Back in action

Per Chris Wahl of the Flames' official site, Pospisil (shoulder) will represent Slovakia in a qualification tournament for the 2026 Winter Olympics from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1.

Pospisil is healthy again after suffering an injury during the 2024 IIHF World Championship in May. The 24-year-old forward registered eight goals, 24 points, 117 shots on net and 238 hits across 63 regular-season contests for Calgary in 2023-24. Pospisil will be in the mix for a middle-six spot with the Flames going into the upcoming campaign.
