Dylan Larkin C | DET
Red Wings' Dylan Larkin: Racking up points in January
Larkin scored a power-play goal on three shots and added an assist Sunday in a 6-2 win over the Kraken.
Larkin set up Marco Kasper at even strength to open the scoring in the first period before netting his team-leading 10th power-play marker of the campaign in the middle frame. Larkin is on fire through five games in January, racking up five goals, eight points and a plus-2 rating. The 28-year-old center has only been held off the scoresheet on one occasion since Todd McLellan took over as head coach Dec. 27. Larkin's at 18 goals and 19 assists through 42 games, trailing only Lucas Raymond for the team lead in points (46).

Colin Blackwell C | DAL
Stars' Colin Blackwell: Contributes assist Sunday
Blackwell recorded a power-play assist and three hits in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Senators.
Blackwell ended an eight-game point drought with his helper on Evgenii Dadonov's third-period goal. Playing in a bottom-six role often keeps Blackwell away from consistent scoring contributions. Overall, he has nine points, 41 shots on net, 50 hits and a plus-1 rating over 37 appearances this season. Despite the lack of offense, Blackwell is likely to remain in the lineup on a regular basis as a veteran forward.

Logan Stankoven C | DAL
Stars' Logan Stankoven: Helps out on power play
Stankoven provided a power-play assist in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Senators.
Stankoven is warming up a little with two assists over his last three contests. The 21-year-old has had no luck with finishing lately -- he's on a 25-game goal drought and has come up empty on 65 shots in that span while adding just six helpers. The talented rookie has 20 points, 111 shots on net, 25 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 40 appearances. He'll likely remain in a third-line role, as the Stars have found some success with a more veteran top six in recent weeks.

Nick Cousins C | OTT
Senators' Nick Cousins: Collects assist
Cousins produced an assist and three shots on goal in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Stars.
Cousins has been limited to two assists over his last eight outings. The 31-year-old doesn't have to score to be productive -- he also has 10 PIM and 16 hits in that span. He's been a bottom-six fixture for the Senators this season, earning five goals, eight assists, 57 shots on net, 66 hits, 35 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 40 appearances. That's a level of production that only fantasy managers in deep formats will appreciate.
-
Shane Pinto C | OTT
Senators' Shane Pinto: Records helper in win
Pinto logged an assist in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Stars.
Pinto now has three points over his last two outings after picking up just one assist in the previous seven games. The 24-year-old center often plays more than his third-line role would suggest -- he led all Senators forwards with 21:50 of ice time Sunday, his second straight game over the 20-minute mark. He's produced 13 points, 63 shots on net, 32 hits, 25 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through 34 appearances. Should Pinto continue to see more ice time, his production will likely keep improving in the second half of the campaign.

Matthew Highmore C | OTT
Senators' Matthew Highmore: Gets first goal of season
Highmore scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Stars.
Highmore has played in the last two games in place of Noah Gregor (lower body). The 28-year-old Highmore's tally Sunday was the game-winner, which was his second career game-winning goal. He has never exceeded 12 points or 46 games played in an NHL campaign, so fantasy managers likely won't need to turn to him at any point in 2024-25.
-
Josh Norris C | OTT
Senators' Josh Norris: Scores in Sunday's win
Norris scored a goal on four shots, doled out seven hits and added two PIM in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Stars.
Norris ended a five-game goal drought with the second-period tally, which tied the contest at 1-1. He has been limited to two points over six outings in January. The center's slowdown on offense is a bit concerning even though he's maintained a prominent role in the Senators' lineup. He's contributed 15 goals, nine assists, 83 shots, 112 hits, 28 PIM and a minus-10 rating over 42 appearances this season.

Jonathan Marchessault C | NSH
Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Banks apple Saturday
Marchessault registered an assist and a team-high six shots on goal in Saturday's 4-1 loss to Washington.
Marchessault recorded the primary helper on Filip Forsberg's power-play marker in the second period. Marchessault extended his point streak to five games, and he's only been held off the scoresheet on one occasion over his last 14 games. It took some time for the 34-year-old to get adjusted to his new club, but he's been a consistent producer since the start of December after producing six points in each of the first two months of the campaign. The Quebec native is up to 14 goals and 17 assists through 42 games and trails only Filip Forsberg for the team lead in points (35).

Jack Eichel C | LV
Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Won't play Sunday
Eichel (illness) will not be available Sunday versus the Wild.
Eichel will miss his first game of the campaign Sunday. Nicolas Roy (upper body), who was activated from injured reserve Sunday, will replace Eichel in the lineup. William Karlsson and Tomas Hertl will center the Golden Knights' top two lines. Eichel's next chance to suit up will come Tuesday in Nashville.

Nicolas Roy C | LV
Golden Knights' Nicolas Roy: Lifted from IR
Roy (upper body) was activated from injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.
Roy appears set to return from an 11-game absence in Sunday's matchup versus Minnesota. He has registered six goals, 13 points and 52 shots on net across 31 appearances this season. Roy could replace Cole Schwindt in Sunday's lineup.
