The Jaguars on Monday signed K Brandon Coutu and waived free agent CB Dontrell Johnson. Coutu, a seventh-round selection by Seattle in the 2008 NFL Draft, spent the 2008 season with the Seahawks and was out of football in 2009-2010. He spent a week on Jacksonville’s practice squad last season.
