Free agent C Samson Satele was arrested early Friday morning in Honolulu for disorderly conduct, a petty misdemeanor, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported. He was released after posting $500 bail. Satele started for the Raiders last season but is not expected to be re-signed.
