Coach Ken Whisenhunt said the Cards are trying to split first-team reps evenly between QBs Kevin Kolb and John Skelton. “I’d have to chart the plays,” Whisenhunt said. “It might be 51 (percent) to 49. I don’t think there’s a great discrepancy.” When asked what fans and media should read into that effort, he added: “That it’s a competition, like we’ve said all along.”
