Teller suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain in this past Sunday's loss to the Giants and was reportedly looking at a multi-week absence. His move to IR will now guarantee a four-game absence. In a corresponding move, the team signed signed Germain Ifedi to its active roster from the practice squad.

Browns' Wyatt Teller: Multi-week absence ahead
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Teller (knee) will miss multiple weeks with a Grade 2 MCL sprain, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Teller exited Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants early due to the knee injury and was not able to return. According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Teller could be a candidate to go on injured reserve, as his injury typically carries a four-week recovery timeline.

Teller (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Giants, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Teller can now be added to the long list of injuries the Browns continue to deal with. His exit will most likely lead to Zak Zinter stepping in at right guard.
