  • Seahawks' Gavin Heslop: Back from COVID list, still on IR

Heslop (lower leg) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and shifted back to injured reserve Wednesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

  • Seahawks' Gavin Heslop: Shifts to COVID list

Heslop broke his fibula and tibia in the Seahawks' Week 14 win over the Texans. While in protocols, Heslop will not be able to rehab his injury at the Seahawks' facilities.

  • Seahawks' Gavin Heslop: Placed on IR

Heslop (lower leg) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Heslop broke his tibia and fibula in Sunday's win over the Texans and underwent surgery Monday. He'll be forced to miss at least three games, but it wouldn't be surprising to see Seattle hold him out for the remainder of the season. The 24-year-old has made three appearances this year and has logged one solo tackle.

  • Seahawks' Gavin Heslop: May need surgery

Coach Pete Carroll said Heslop suffered a knee injury during Sunday's win over the Texans that may require surgery, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Heslop recorded his first tackle of the season during the Week 14 win, but he suffered what appears to be a significant injury. Dugar reports that Heslop will stay in Houston on Sunday night to properly recover from the initial swelling and will presumably reevaluate his situation Monday.
