Wilson (hamstring) is ruled out for Saturday's road wild-card round matchup against the Ravens, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Wilson won't be activated from IR in time to suit up Saturday, though he has consistently practiced in full since having his 21-day window opened. Wilson (hamstring) was a full practice participant Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Wilson is still on IR, where he's been since late October. He was designated to return Dec. 31 and was a full practice participant all last week but was held out of Pittsburgh's Week 18 loss to Cincinnati. Wilson appears to be recovered from his hamstring injury, but Pittsburgh would need to activate him off IR in order for the depth receiver to be able to play in Saturday's wild-card contest in Baltimore.

The Steelers have a relatively healthy receiving corps at the moment, so they're likely in no rush to make a decision on Wilson.

The Steelers opened the 21-day-practice window for Wilson (hamstring) on Tuesday, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.
Wilson missed the beginning of the season with an ankle injury, then hurt his hamstring in his NFL debut Week 6 versus the Raiders. He was subsequently placed on IR, and he's been there since late October. It's been mostly a lost season for Pittsburgh's third-round selection in April's NFL Draft, though Wilson's return to practice means he could be activated ahead of Saturday's Week 18 game against Cincinnati or at some point during the playoffs.

Steelers' Roman Wilson: Sent to injured reserve
The Steelers placed Wilson (hamstring) on injured reserve Monday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
The third-round rookie's 2024 has been marred by injuries, and he'll now miss at least the next four games. Wilson will first be eligible to return Week 13 against the Bengals. After missing a bunch of time over the summer and the first few weeks of the regular season with an ankle injury, Wilson made his NFL debut Week 6 and is injured again. The Steelers will continue to roll with George Pickens, Van Jefferson and Calvin Austin as their top three wideouts.
