Suzuki logged a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Sharks.
Suzuki has a goal and four helpers over his last five outings. This was his first power-play point since Jan. 18, which may be a sign that the Canadiens' power play will get back on track soon. Suzuki is up to 52 points (15 goals, 37 helpers), 16 power-play points, 107 shots on net, 46 blocked shots, 43 hits and a plus-6 rating through 53 outings overall.

Suzuki had an assist, three shots on net, one block and one hit in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to Winnipeg.
Suzuki appeared to catch Connor Hellebuyck by surprise with his pass from behind the net to Juraj Slafkovsky, who beat the netminder to give Montreal a 1-0 lead. Suzuki has four points in the last two games and leads the Canadiens with 36 assists through 50 outings.

Suzuki recorded a goal and two assists in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Devils.
Suzuki got involved in each of the team's three goals Saturday, but his spectacular performance wasn't enough to lift the Canadiens to victory after Jack Hughes scored the game-winner for New Jersey in the final minute of overtime. Suzuki has been productive in recent weeks and has cracked the scoresheet in four of his last six appearances, and as the center of both the first line and the first power play unit, he should continue to find plenty of opportunities to keep producing. Suzuki is up to 50 points (15 goals, 35 assists) in 49 games this season.

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Capitalizes on turnover
Suzuki scored a goal on six shots in Sunday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.
Suzuki got a stick on a breakout pass attempt and was able to snipe an unassisted tally when he collected the loose puck. The 25-year-old has enjoyed a strong January with three goals, eight assists and a plus-7 rating over nine appearances, and he's been held off the scoresheet just once this month. Overall, the first-line center has 14 goals, 47 points, 95 shots on net, 38 hits, 38 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating through 46 appearances. He's yet to finish above a point-per-game pace in his career, but he's displayed steady growth each season, so getting to that level is a possibility in 2024-25.

Suzuki logged the secondary helper on Patrik Laine's tally, giving the former points in eight of the last nine games played. The top-line center has two goals and nine assists during that stretch. Suzuki has 15 power-play points this season, nearly a third of his team-high 46 points.

Suzuki had an assist and two shots on net in Saturday's 2-1 shootout loss to Dallas.
It didn't take Montreal long -- just 14 seconds -- after a couple of Dallas penalties left them two skaters down. The usual suspects were involved with the goal; Suzuki and Lane Hutson picked up the helpers on a Patrik Laine goal. It was the sixth straight game on the scoresheet for Suzuki, who has seven points (three on the power play) during the streak.

Suzuki scored a goal on six shots and blocked a shot in Friday's 3-2 overtime win over Washington.
Suzuki's attempted pass was broken up by Dylan Strome but the bounce went Suzuki's way, and he scored the game winner in overtime. It was the second consecutive game in which Suzuki won it in the extra period. The top line had a dry spell toward the end of December, but it's been clicking in the new year. Both Suzuki and Cole Caufield have points in five straight games.

The 25-year-old center extended his point streak to four games with the performance, while the tally snapped a 10-game goal drought. Suzuki is on pace for a career-best campaign, delivering 12 goals and 41 points through 40 contests, but there would seem to be room for even more production from the Montreal captain. After erupting for 12 goals and 31 points on the power play in 2023-24, Suzuki has just two goals and 13 points with the man advantage so far this season.

Suzuki led a 2-on-1 break that resulted in Cole Caufield's game-tying goal to set up Montreal's seventh win over the last nine games. Suzuki's scoring touch has dried up -- just one goal since Dec. 3 -- but he's had no issue helping others. The captain has assists in the three straight and 11 over his last 14 outings. He leads Montreal with 27 helpers.
