Maple Leafs' William Villeneuve: Posts trio of assists
Villeneuve notched three assists in AHL Toronto's 5-4 overtime win over Chicago in Game 2 of the Calder Cup Finals on Sunday.
Villeneuve has been excellent from the blue line this postseason with two goals and 17 assists over 21 appearances. He's added 34 shots on net, 34 PIM and a plus-2 rating. Villeneuve made three NHL appearances at the tail end of the season, so he may be ready to compete for a spot with the big club on a full-time basis in 2026-27.

Maple Leafs' Vinni Lettieri: Adds three helpers in Game 2
Lettieri logged three assists in AHL Toronto's 5-4 overtime win over Chicago in Game 2 of the Calder Cup Finals on Sunday.
Lettieri has already earned six points over two games in the finals. He's now at 23 points, 59 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 20 playoff appearances. The Marlies are heading home with a 2-0 series lead after winning both games in Chicago to start the series.

Maple Leafs' Benoit-Olivier Groulx: Tallies twice for Marlies
Groulx scored twice in AHL Toronto's 5-4 overtime win over Chicago in Game 2 of the Calder Cup Finals on Sunday.
Groulx is up to seven goals, six assists and 44 shots on net over 20 appearances during the playoffs. He had a career-best 52 points in 59 regular-season outings for the Marlies. His performance Sunday helped the team take a 2-0 series lead, with the series heading back to Toronto for at least two more games.

Lettieri scored twice and added an assist in AHL Toronto's 4-2 win over Chicago in Game 1 of the Calder Cup Finals on Friday.
Lettieri has maintained a point-per-game pace in the playoffs with 10 goals and 10 assists over 19 outings. He has earned four goals and three assists over seven contests since the start of the Eastern Conference Finals. Lettieri's playoff performance should help him attract a two-way deal in free agency at the start of July.

Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Out indefinitely after surgery
Domi (undisclosed) is out indefinitely after undergoing offseason surgery, the team announced Monday.
Domi had surgery to address an issue he played through during the 2025-26 season. However, there were complications from the procedure, and an update on his status will come at the beginning of training camp. It's unclear if he will miss time at the start of the 2026-27 campaign, though that wouldn't be surprising. Domi had 12 goals, 36 points, 118 shots on net and 95 PIM across 80 appearances in 2025-26.

Lettieri scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Toronto's 3-2 win over Cleveland in Game 5 on Sunday.
Lettieri scored the Marlies' first goal and set up a pair of third-period tallies to help Toronto steal the game and the series. The 31-year-old forward has been a key part of the offense in the playoffs with six goals, seven assists and 27 shots on net over 12 contests. Lettieri and the Marlies will face Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Tverberg scored twice and added an assist in AHL Toronto's 5-2 win over Cleveland in Game 4 on Friday.
Tverberg helped the Marlies force a decisive Game 5 in the North Division Finals. He's been steady this postseason with five goals, three assists and 14 shots on net over 12 contests. That comes after a 36-point performance over 63 regular-season games, which was enough to earn Tverberg his NHL debut in April.

Groulx put up 28 goals and 52 points in 59 AHL regular-season contests, as well as five points over 13 outings with the Maple Leafs in 2025-26.

Villeneuve has five points over five playoff outings. He took a slight step back with 30 points across 61 regular-season contests for the Marlies this season. Villeneuve also made three appearances late in the NHL campaign, logging two shots on net and five blocked shots. The 24-year-old defenseman is set to be a restricted free agent this offseason.
