Dolphins list three defenders on injury report

Three defensive players have been placed on the Friday injury report by the Dolphins as they prepare to play Pittsburgh on Sunday. Only cornerback Dimitri Patterson (groin) is threatened with inactivity.

Safety Chris Clemons (knee/hamstring) and linebacker Austin Spitler (knee) are both probable.
