Damon Arnette: Suspension lifted
Arnette had his three-game suspension lifted by the NFL on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Arnette opened the season unavailable for three games after violating the league's personal conduct policy, but he will now be able to return to action. The cornerback is a free agent and he last appeared in an NFL contest in 2021. That season he played in four games with the Raiders, recording four tackles and a pass deflection.

Damon Arnette: Gets three-game suspension
The NFL handed Arnette a three-game suspension Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports
Arnette's suspension is presumably the result of a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy, stemming from his indictment this past May for assault with a deadly weapon and other firearms-related charges. A 2020 first-round pick, Arnette appeared in 13 games for Las Vegas over two seasons before being released in November 2021. He's since had stints with the Dolphins and Chiefs but hasn't appeared in an NFL game since being cut loose by Las Vegas.

Damon Arnette: Signs contract with Chiefs
The Chiefs signed Arnette to a reserve/future contract Thursday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
Arnette joined the Dolphins practice squad in mid-December after being waived by the Raiders in early November, but he failed to appear in any games with the team before the end of the season. The former first-round pick will now join the Chiefs for the 2022 campaign while still looking to secure his first career interception.

Damon Arnette: Joins Miami's practice squad
The Dolphins signed Arnette (groin) to the practice squad Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Arnette was waived by the Raiders back in November while dealing with a groin injury, but it now appears that he's back to full health. The 2020 first-round pick only ever established himself as a reserve option in Las Vegas' secondary, but he will now get a chance to progress in his development with Miami's coaching staff.
