Zubac delivered a game-high mark in rebounds en route to his fourth double-double of the opening round, albeit in a losing effort. The big man was impressive in the Clippers' first-round series loss to the Nuggets, averaging 17.4 points, 10.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 blocks across 36.4 minutes per game. The 28-year-old had a career-best year during the 2024-25 campaign, finishing with averages of 16.8 points, 12.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.1 blocks and 0.7 steals while shooting 62.8 percent from the field across 32.8 minutes per contest in 80 regular-season appearances.
Zubac supplied 27 points (11-15 FG, 5-8 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 37 minutes during Tuesday's 131-115 loss to Denver in Game 5 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Zubac led the Clippers with 27 points, albeit in a losing effort. While it was easily his best offensive showing to this point in the series, Zubac was oddly quiet on the glass. The Clippers will be hoping to avoid a third straight loss on Thursday, a loss that would bring the series to a close.

Zubac was one rebound shy of starting the playoffs with three straight double-doubles. Across those three playoff outings, Zubac is averaging 18.7 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 37.3 minutes while shooting 64.9 percent from the field.

Zubac supplied 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-5 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one steal over 40 minutes during Monday's 105-102 victory over Denver in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Zubac made his presence felt in the paint, as he put in work on the glass and in the scoring department while battling with Nikola Jokic. The rising star has recorded a double-double in 17 consecutive games, continuing to excel during a career year.
Zubac closed Saturday's 112-110 overtime loss to Denver in Game 1 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with 21 points (10-15 FG, 1-4 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists and one steal over 39 minutes.
The 28-year-old center wrapped up the regular season with a double-double in 15 straight games, and Zubac picked up where he left off to begin the postseason. During those 16 contests, he's averaging 19.3 points, 13.4 boards, 3.3 assists and 0.9 blocks, and even getting matched up against Nikola Jokic doesn't seem to be able to slow him down.
