Pacers' Kam Jones: Big double-double in narrow win
Jones logged 21 points (9-19 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-2FT), three rebounds, 11 assists and one steal in 29 minutes during Thursday's 91-88 Summer League win over the Knicks.
Jones led the Pacers in scoring, and he also dished out a game-high 11 dimes Thursday. The rookie guard could find playing time hard to come by in 2025-26, although it's possible he'll be able to carve out a reserve role in Indiana's backcourt at some point due to the absence of Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles).

Pacers' Kam Jones: Quiet in SL debut
Jones was held to five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, three assists and two steals over 20 minutes during Thursday's 116-115 Summer League win over the Cavaliers.
Jones drew the start but didn't see nearly as many opportunities as RayJ Dennis or Enrique Freeman, who dominated amongst the starting five. The Pacers are likely content to ease the No. 38 overall pick from the 2025 NBA Draft into action, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see Jones have more chances to operate both as a scorer and as a floor general as Summer League progresses.

Pacers' Kam Jones: Snagged by Pacers
Jones was selected by Indiana with the No. 38 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Jones capped off his collegiate career with a strong 2024-25 season at Marquette, where he averaged 19.2 points in 33.7 minutes over 34 games. He was a career 38.0 percent three-point shooter in college and excelled at creating space for himself. However, Jones is more than just a scorer, which was evident by his 5.9 assists per game during his senior year.
