Eagles' Isaiah Rodgers: Starting Sunday
Rodgers will make his first start of the season at cornerback in Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars.
With Darius Slay (groin) sidelined, Rodgers will get the start opposite Quinyon Mitchell at cornerback. The 26-year-old spent the week taking notes as part of his weekly preparation for the opportunity. He has not seen more than 21 defensive snaps (40 percent) in any game this season.

Eagles' Isaiah Rodgers: Full go for Thursday's practice
Rodgers (hand) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Rodgers was held out of the Eagles' Week 1 win over the Packers due to a hand injury, which he revealed was a fracture that he suffered on the last day of training camp that required surgery, per Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com. His full participation in Thursday's session sets the stage for him to suit up Monday against the Falcons, after he was inactive for the Eagles' Week 1 win over the Packers in Brazil. He'll be making his Eagles debut this weekend, as Rodgers signed with Philadelphia last August but was ineligible to compete while serving a season-long suspension for violating the NFL's gambling policy. He previously appeared in 15 games for the Colts in 2022, registering 34 tackles (24 solo), three pass breakups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
