Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Four catches versus Chargers
Boutte caught all four of his targets for 66 yards in Sunday's 16-3 wild-card win over the Chargers.
Boutte was listed as questionable after being limited in practice Thursday and Friday due to a hamstring injury. Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, the wideout logged a 53 percent snap share Sunday, a lighter workload than he usually sees, but Boutte still ended up pacing the team in catches and was second to RB Rhamondre Stevenson in the receiving yards department. Boutte -- who averaged 16.7 yards a catch during the regular season -- will continue to be a mainstay in the Patriots passing attack in the team's divisional-round game against either the Steelers or Texans this coming weekend.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Active versus Chargers
Boutte (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday night's playoff opener against the Chargers.
Boutte was added to the Patriots' wild-card-round injury report Thursday after being limited in practice by a hamstring injury, a level of participation that the wideout maintained Friday before being listed as questionable for Sunday's contest. With Boutte available versus Los Angeles, he'll be in a position to maintain his key role in a New England corps that also includes Stefon Diggs, Kyle Williams, DeMario Douglas and Efton Chism. During the regular season, Boutte caught 33 of his 46 targets for 551 yards and six TDs in 14 contests, but QB Drake Maye's tendency to spread the ball around has made the 2023 sixth-rounder a hit-or-miss fantasy option of late.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Questionable for playoff opener
Boutte (hamstring) will be listed as questionable for Sunday night's playoff opener against the Chargers, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Boutte was added to the Patriots' wild-card-round injury report Thursday after being limited in practice by a hamstring injury. With the wideout now being deemed questionable as the weekend approaches, His status for Sunday's contest could turn into a game-day call ahead of an 8:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Boutte ends up limited or out versus Los Angeles, Kyle Williams would be a candidate to see added opportunities in a wide receiver corps that also includes Stefon Diggs, DeMario Douglas and Efton Chism. Meanwhile, WRs John Jiles, Brandon Smith and Jeremiah Webb are members of New England's practice squad.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Added to injury report Thursday
Boutte (hamstring) was limited in practice Thursday.
Boutte wasn't listed on the Patriots' initial injury report Wednesday, so it's unclear if the wideout emerged from that session with a hamstring issue or sustained an injury during Thursday's practice. Friday's final report will reveal whether Boutte approaches Sunday's playoff opener against the Chargers with an injury designation, in any case.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Two catches in Week 18
Boutte caught two of his four targets for 24 yards in the Patriots' 38-10 win over the Dolphins in Sunday's regular-season finale.
In Boutte's return to action after missing one game due to a concussion, he logged a 58 percent snap share, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com. That workload was actually tops among the Patriots WRs in Week 18. Looking ahead to Sunday's postseason opener against the Chargers, Boutte figures to remain a key target for QB Drake Maye, though the team's tendency to spread the ball around makes him a hit-or-miss fantasy option. On the season, the 2023 sixth-rounder caught 33 of his 46 targets for 551 yards and six TDs in 14 contests.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Cleared for Week 18
Boutte (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Dolphins.
Boutte was limited Wednesday, but he worked fully Thursday and Friday and now has been cleared to return to action after being inactive Week 17. In 13 regular-season contests, Boutte has recorded a 31-527-6 line on 42 targets, a pace that keeps him on the fantasy radar in deeper formats. With Mack Hollins (abdomen) on IR, look for Boutte to step right back into a significant snap share Week 18 while working alongside fellow WRs Stefon Diggs, Kyle Williams, DeMario Douglas and Efton Chism.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Won't play Sunday
Boutte (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets.
The same applies to Mack Hollins (abdomen), and in the duo's looming absence, look for Stefon Diggs to lead the Patriots' Week 17 WR corps, with Kyle Williams and DeMario Douglas (hamstring, questionable) -- if he's available -- in line to see added opportunities. Also in the mix will be Efton Chism, while John Jiles, Brandon Smith and Jeremiah Webb are candidates to be elevated from the team's practice squad ahead of Sunday's contest.

Patriots' Kayshon Boutte: Not seen at Friday's practice
Boutte (concussion) wasn't spotted at practice Friday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Boutte also was listed as a 'DNP' Wednesday and Thursday, and it looks like the Patriots could be without him and Mack Hollins (abdomen), who also absent from Friday's session, this weekend against the Jets. The team's upcoming injury report will reveal whether either player has a chance to be active Week 17.
