  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Finds footing in Buffalo offense

Cooper recorded six receptions on 14 targets for 95 yards in Sunday's 44-42 loss to the Rams. Cooper had been slow to make an impact in the Buffalo offense, as he had failed to top four receptions or 66 yards in four games with the team. That changed against the Rams, as he easily paced the team in targets and had a team-high six receptions. While it wasn't the most efficient showing, Cooper did have long gains of 26, 25 and 18 yards. He should have momentum heading into a Week 15 showdown with the Lions, though the Bills could also be welcoming back Keon Coleman (wrist) and Dalton Kincaid (knee).

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: WRs to Sit

Cooper has five catches for 67 yards and no touchdowns on six targets in his past two games. One of those games was at Kansas City and the other was against San Francisco in the snow, so take that into account. But he hasn't been productive since joining the Bills with one game over 7.5 PPR points. And now Keon Coleman (wrist) could be coming back in Week 14. Cooper is only worth starting in deep, three-receiver leagues against the Rams.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Three catches in run-heavy win

Cooper caught all three of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 35-10 win over the 49ers. Cooper's first target didn't come until just over a minute before halftime, as Josh Allen threw the ball only 17 times. The second of Cooper's three catches doesn't stand out in his box score, but it resulted in a highlight play, as he took advantage of a generous lack of a whistle after his forward progress stopped and had time to pitch the ball back to Allen, who proceeded to get into the end zone. Buffalo went run-heavy in cold and snowy conditions, but Cooper won't have to deal with that limitation in sunny Los Angeles and thus projects to be more involved in Week 14 against the Rams.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Gains 55 yards in return

Cooper (wrist) caught two of three targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 30-21 win over the Chiefs. Cooper made a successful return from a wrist injury that cost him two-plus games and left the wideout listed as questionable for Week 11. The 10-year pro made his mark on the game with a pair of big-chunk gains on his two receptions as Buffalo dealt Kansas City its first loss of the season. With no setbacks reported and a bye week on tap, fantasy managers can expect a well-rested Cooper back for a Week 13 matchup against the 49ers on Dec. 1.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Active versus Chiefs

Cooper (wrist) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Cooper was listed as a limited practice participant this past week before approaching the contest listed as questionable. In his return from a two-game absence, it remains to be seen if Cooper (who's been working with a soft cast on his wrist during practice, per ESPN's Adam Schefter) is limited at all; however, his availability in any capacity bolsters a Bills pass-catching corps that will be without a pair of key options in WR Keon Coleman (wrist) and TE Dalton Kincaid (knee). In eight games overall this season (six with Cleveland and two with Buffalo), Cooper has combined for a 29/319/3 receiving line on 60 targets.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Expected to be available Sunday

Cooper (wrist), who is listed as questionable, is expected to be available for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Cooper, who was listed as a limited practice participant this past week, has been working with a soft cast on his wrist. If he is able to suit up versus Kansas City, Cooper could still be limited in some capacity. Either way, the wideout's status is worth verifying when the Bills' inactive list is posted 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Questionable for Sunday

Cooper (wrist) will be a limited participant in Friday's practice and listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports. Cooper has missed the Bills' last two games, but his ability to practice all week -- albeit in a limited fashion -- gives him a chance to return to action this weekend. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Cooper told reporters this week that he expects to play, but official word on his status for Sunday's contest won't arrive until 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, when the Bills post their inactive list. If Cooper is available versus Kansas City, he would provide a significant boost to a Buffalo pass-catching corps that will be without wideout Keon Coleman (wrist) and tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee).

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Logs limited practice Thursday

Cooper (wrist) was a limited participant at practice Thursday. Cooper -- who has missed two straight games -- was also listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's walk-through session, so he'll probably need to practice fully Friday in order to approach Sunday's game against the Chiefs without an injury designation. For his part, Cooper told Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com on Thursday that he feels like he's trending toward playing Sunday. If Cooper is indeed able to face Kansas City, his availability would provide a major boost to a Buffalo pass-catching corps that will be without wideout Keon Coleman (wrist), and possibly tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee).

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Set for limited practice

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that Cooper (wrist) will be listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's walk-through practice, Ryan O'Halloran of The Buffalo News reports. While fellow wideout Keon Coleman (wrist) has already been ruled out for Week 11, Cooper's status for Sunday's game against the Chiefs has yet to be determined. He's missed the Bills' last two contests, but McDermott noted Monday that the veteran wideout has been improving, according to Maddy Glab of the team's official site.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Inactive Sunday

Cooper (wrist) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts. Since the Bills began their Week 9 prep, Cooper -- who was also inactive last weekend -- has logged six straight limited practices. With his second straight absence confirmed and Keon Coleman (wrist) having been previously ruled out, Khalil Shakir, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel are in line to lead Buffalo's Week 10 wideout corps, with Jalen Virgil and Tyrell Shavers also available to mix in. Cooper's next chance to see game action will arrive Nov. 17 against the Chiefs.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Not slated to play Sunday

Cooper (wrist) is not in line to play Sunday against the Colts, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Cooper is listed as questionable for the contest after practicing in a limited fashion this week. Official confirmation of his Week 10 status will arrive once the Bills' inactives are posted, but per Schefter, the wideout is slated to miss his second straight game.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Questionable for Week 10

Cooper (wrist) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Indianapolis. Cooper followed the exact same practice regimen for a second week in a row -- he was limited on all three reports due to a wrist injury en route to a questionable designation. He subsequently was held out of this past Sunday's win against the Dolphins, so his status truly is up in the air for Week 10 action. With Keon Coleman (wrist) ruled out, Khalil Shakir, Mack Hollins (shoulder) and Curtis Samuel (pectoral) are the healthy wide receivers on the Bills' active roster.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Set to remain limited

Cooper (wrist) will remain limited at practice Friday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports. Cooper, who was inactive Week 9, also was limited Wednesday and Thursday, which likely has him trending toward being listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts. With Keon Coleman (wrist) already ruled out for the contest and Mack Hollins (shoulder) along with Curtis Samuel (pectoral) managing injuries, at this stage Khalil Shakir is the Bills' top healthy wideout.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Another limited listing

Cooper (wrist) remained a limited participant at practice Thursday. Cooper, who was inactive for this past Sunday's win over the Dolphins, also was limited in Wednesday's walkthrough, so he'll presumably need to practice fully Friday in order to approach this weekend's game against the Colts without an injury designation. In addition to Cooper, three other Bills receivers -- Keon Coleman (wrist), Mack Hollins (shoulder) and Curtis Samuel (pectoral) -- are nursing injuries as Sunday's game nears.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Limited in practice

Cooper (wrist) was listed as a limited participant for Wednesday's walk-through practice. Meanwhile, fellow wideout Keon Coleman (wrist) was held out of practice after getting hurt during a 30-27 win over the Dolphins on Sunday. Cooper was inactive for that contest but isn't expected to require a long-term absence, potentially setting him up for a return to the lineup this Sunday at Indianapolis.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: In line to practice Wednesday

Cooper (wrist) is slated to practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports. Cooper was inactive for this past Sunday's win over the Dolphins, but the wideout's looming participation in practice Wednesday is a positive sign regarding his status for this weekend's game against the Colts. Meanwhile, fellow wideout Keon Coleman is also dealing with a wrist injury and could miss some time. He's in line to sit out Wednesday's session.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Surprise inactive for Week 9

Cooper (wrist) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Even though Cooper took a questionable tag into the weekend after a trio of limited practices due to the left wrist issue, the prevailing expectation was that the wideout would be ready to go by Sunday. Cooper apparently wasn't able to make enough progress with his wrist leading up to kickoff, however, prompting the Bills to make him inactive in what will be his first absence of the season. With Cooper out of the mix, wideouts Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman as well as tight end Dalton Kincaid could see their target shares increase.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Logs another limited practice

Cooper (wrist) remained limited at practice Thursday. Cooper also was limited Wednesday, with the wideout now having one more chance to practice fully ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Friday's injury report will clarify whether Cooper heads into the weekend with a Week 9 injury designation or fully cleared to face Miami.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Logs limited practice

Cooper (wrist) was listed as a limited practice participant Wednesday. According to Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site, head coach Sean McDermott suggested that Cooper would be a non-participant in the team's first Week 9 session, but the wideout ended up getting some work in after all. Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com noted that Cooper participated in the Bills' wideout drills, and then a bit more in the drills that followed during the portion of Wednesday's practice that was open to the media. Cooper now has two more chances to increase his practice participation ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

  • Bills' Amari Cooper: Sits out practice with wrist injury

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Cooper won't practice Wednesday due to a wrist injury, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports. McDermott said the Bills will take it one day at a time with regard to Cooper's recovery from the wrist injury, temporarily clouding the wideout's status for Sunday's game against the Bills. If Cooper isn't able to play this weekend, more targets would potentially open up for receivers Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman and tight end Dalton Kincaid.
