Curry has been sidelined since the first half of Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Timberwolves due to a left hamstring strain. The Warriors have been targeting a Game 6 return for their superstar, which would take place Sunday if the team wins Game 5 on Wednesday in Minnesota. Brandin Podziemski has handled point guard duties in Curry's absence but has struggled shooting.
The Warriors are targeting Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Timberwolves on May 18 as the earliest window for Curry (hamstring) to return, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Curry suffered a Grade 1 hamstring injury in Game 1, and he's already been ruled out for the Warriors' two home games Saturday and Monday. There is a four-day window between Game 5 and 6, and Golden State is looking at Game 6 as the earliest window for Curry's return. Without Curry, the Warriors will continue to lean on Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green to run the offense while looking for more offensive help from Brandin Podziemski and Buddy Hield.

The injury could've been a lot worse, however, so the Warriors are fortunate that he has a chance to return in this series. In the meantime, the Warriors will need Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green, Buddy Hield and Brandin Podziemski to step up.

With Curry sidelined, the bulk of the offense is likely to run through Jimmy Butler, while Draymond Green, Buddy Hield and Brandin Podziemski could all see increased usage.
