Cardinals' Vinston Painter: Signs with Cardinals
Painter re-signed with Arizona on Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Painter has had a few stints with the Cardinals, bouncing between the active roster and the practice squad. He'll look to hold on as a backup guard with the team in 2018.

Cardinals' Vinston Painter: Rejoins Cardinals
Painter signed a contract with the Cardinals on Monday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The move marks Painter's third stint on the Cardinals' 53-man roster this season. Guard Earl Watford is likely to miss some time with a high-ankle sprain, but Painter should still only serve in a reserve capacity on the offensive line.

Painter had spent time on the Cardinals' practice squad earlier in the season and it could be a likely destination if the team wants to keep an extra offensive lineman around.

The Cardinals signed Painter off their practice squad Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Painter was most recently let go by the Cardinals in early October. With Arizona dealing with multiple injuries along the offensive line, Painter will add some much-needed depth to the unit.

Vinston Painter: Let go by Cardinals
Painter was released by the Cardinals on Monday, Mike Jurecki of Arizona Sports Station 98.7 FM reports.
Painter was called up from the practice squad in order to provide the Cardinals with depth at offensive line for the team's Week 4 bout with the Niners. He evidently didn't do much to impress, though, considering Arizona replaced him with Earl Watford in a corresponding transaction Monday.

Cardinals' Vinston Painter: Promoted to active roster
Painter was promoted to the Cardinals' 53-man roster Saturday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official website reports.
The Cardinals placed starting guard Mike Iupati on injured reserve, and Painter was called up in a corresponding move. The journeyman offensive lineman has had stops with four other teams since being taken in the sixth round of the 2013 draft. He will presumably provide depth on the line right away.
