Taylor logged a pass deflection and an interception during the Chargers 30-13 win against the Bears on Sunday.
Taylor didn't record a tackle during the team's win but managed to snag his first career interception. The 2022 sixth-round pick will look to build off this strong performance later this week versus the Jets.

Chargers' Ja'Sir Taylor: In line for increased role
Rotowire
Taylor will handle slot corner duties Sunday against the Dolphins, assuming Bryce Callahan (groin) does not play, Lindsey Thiry reports.
Taylor's rookie season has been primarily spent on special teams, with just nine defensive snaps on the season on his stat sheet. Callahan is considered doubtful after being unable to practice Thursday or Friday, and it appears Taylor has earned the opportunity to be the next man up for the Chargers.
