Rams' Jordan Whittington: Earns 11 snaps on offense
Whittington secured his only target for 12 yards during Sunday's 28-22 divisional round loss to the Eagles.
Notably, Whittington easily outpaced fellow backup Tutu Atwell, who only recorded two snaps on offense, in playing time. The sixth-round rookie carved out a small role on offense in the 2024 campaign, putting up a 22-293-0 receiving line while tacking on a pair of rushing attempts for 12 yards. Whittington's role may increase in 2025, as both Demarcus Robinson and the aforementioned Atwell are unrestricted free agents, and Whittington's production when pressed into the starting lineup was solid, including seven catches for 89 yards in a Week 5 loss to Green Bay.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Leading receiver in loss
Whittington caught three of four targets for 86 yards while rushing twice for 12 yards in Sunday's 30-25 loss to Seattle.
Whittington did his best Puka Nacua (rest) impression while filling in for the star wideout by recording 98 combined yards of offense. The sixth-round rookie only saw his role increase after head coach Sean McVay decided to rest all of his key offensive players in the final game of the regular season. Whittington figures to revert to a reserve/special teams role when the Rams host the Vikings in the wild-card round of the playoffs next Monday.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Cleared to play Sunday
Whittington (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
Whittington was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday but logged a full session Friday and is good to go for Sunday's regular-season finale. With Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp unlikely to play and resting up for the playoffs next weekend, Whittington should see an elevated offensive role alongside fellow WRs Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell and Tyler Johnson. They will be catching passes from Jimmy Garoppolo.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Remains uninvolved on offense
Whittington went without a target while playing 10 of the Rams' 65 snaps on offense in Thursday's 12-6 win over the 49ers. He also returned two kickoffs for 51 yards.
Since making waves after recording 13 receptions for 151 yards on 18 targets between Weeks 4 and 5, Whittington has largely been an afterthought on offense. Shortly after Whittington's pair of breakout games, the Rams returned Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua from injuries, and the rookie's opportunities have been limited as a result. Whittington hasn't even drawn a target over his last seven outings while playing just 44 total snaps on offense.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Ready to go for TNF
Whittington (shoulder) is active for Thursday night's contest against the 49ers, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official website reports.
Whittington was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, but he now appears to be all set for Thursday's contest. The wide receiver will likely operate as the team's primary kick returner again in Week 15.
