Suns' Devin Booker: Deemed questionable
Booker is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Detroit due to a sprained left ankle.
Booker sustained the ankle injury during Tuesday's game against Miami, but he played through the issue, logging 40 minutes. Now, the injury could cost him Thursday's game, as he's been labeled questionable. If he doesn't suit up, Jordan Goodwin and Ryan Dunn would likely see a bump in playing time, while Isaiah Livers or Koby Brea could crack the rotation.

Suns' Devin Booker: Near triple-double in loss
Booker contributed 24 points (6-19 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 11-11 FT), nine rebounds, nine assists and one steal in 40 minutes during Tuesday's 127-121 loss to the Heat.
It was an inefficient night from the floor from Booker (other than at the charity stripe), but he extended his streak of at least eight assists to four games Tuesday and was one dime and one rebound shy from recording the first triple-double of his NBA career. Booker may have reached that milestone had he not briefly left in the second half after tweaking his left ankle, and that potential injury will be worth monitoring ahead of Thursday's road tilt against the Pistons. He has averaged 24.1 points, 7.1 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 threes over 33.3 minutes per game since Jan. 2.

Suns' Devin Booker: Goes to locker room
Booker (leg) went to the locker room during the third quarter of Tuesday's game against the Heat, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Booker landed awkwardly on his left leg late in the third quarter and was taken out of the game at the 55.9 second mark. While he's being evaluated by medical staff in the locker room, the Suns will turn to Dillon Brooks, Collin Gillespie and Grayson Allen to take on larger roles.

Booker (ankle) is back on the bench for the start of the fourth quarter of Tuesday's game against Miami, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Booker went to the locker room to have his ankle checked on by medical staff. The injury doesn't appear to be a serious issue, and the superstar guard has been cleared to return to Tuesday's contest.

Suns' Devin Booker: Overcomes poor shooting night
Booker closed with 17 points (5-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds and eight assists over 26 minutes during Sunday's 112-93 win over the Wizards.
Booker has played in 36 of Phoenix's 39 games this year, and he's failed to reach 20 points only nine times. Occasionally the 10th-year Kentucky product has a low-scoring night, but they're few and far between. Booker's assist production remained steady as his team cruised to a 19-point victory over Washington. He's also averaging a career-best 8.1 free throw attempts per game this year, so even on poor shooting nights Booker can find a way to be productive.

Suns' Devin Booker: Bounces back in victory
Booker had 31 points (10-23 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), eight assists, three rebounds and one steal across 39 minutes during Friday's 112-107 victory over New York.
After posting 13 points on 6-for-15 shooting from the field in Wednesday's win over Memphis, Booker bounced back with a game-high 31 points. He has reached the 30-point threshold in 12 of his 35 regular-season appearances thus far. The star guard also led all players in assists, dishing out eight or more dimes for the third time over his last four games. During that stretch, he has averaged 23.8 points, 7.0 assists and 2.5 rebounds across 35.3 minutes per contest.

Suns' Devin Booker: Nails game-winner against Thunder
Booker logged 24 points (5-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 13-15 FT), six rebounds and nine assists across 38 minutes during Sunday's 108-105 victory over the Thunder.
Booker scored more than half of his points at the free-throw line but drilled his lone three-pointer of the night with 0.7 seconds remaining to lift Phoenix past the Thunder and cap an 18-point comeback. It marks his 10th straight game with at least 20 points. The star guard is averaging 27.2 points, 5.7 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.0 steals over 32.9 minutes per game during that stretch.

Suns' Devin Booker: Logs 32 points in Wednesday's loss
Booker finished Wednesday's 129-113 loss to the Cavaliers with 32 points (13-25 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block over 33 minutes.
Booker did most of his scoring from inside the arc, finishing Wednesday's game as the Suns' leading scorer and the second-leading scorer for the game behind Donovan Mitchell (34 points). It was the third time over his last six outings that Booker scored at least 30 points. Since returning from a three-game absence due to a groin injury, he has averaged 26.9 points, 5.4 assists, 3.9 rebounds, 1.4 threes and 1.3 steals over 33.0 minutes per game.

Suns' Devin Booker: Puts up 26 points in win
Booker ended Monday's 115-101 win over Washington with 22 points (8-23 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-7 FT), six rebounds, five assists and one steal in 35 minutes.
Booker took a backseat for once, as Collin Gillespie and Dillon Brooks combined to score 51 points for the Suns. Through 29 games, Booker is on pace for seventh-round value in nine-category fantasy formats with 25.3 points, 6.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.7 three-pointers.

Suns' Devin Booker: Struggles with shot Saturday
Booker provided 20 points (6-18 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 5-8 FT), three rebounds and four assists in 34 minutes during Saturday's 123-114 win over New Orleans.
Booker might have ended with a team-high 20 points, but he needed 18 shots to record that mark while converting just 33.3 percent of his attempts. As decent as the stat line might look on paper, the Suns need more from Booker, and fantasy managers also need more out of the star guard. Booker has failed to reach the 25-point mark in two of his previous three appearances, but the star guard is just too talented to continue struggling with his shot on a prolonged basis.

Suns' Devin Booker: Goes for 30 points Friday
Booker closed with 30 points (10-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 9-11 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and one steal in 36 minutes during Friday's 115-108 win over the Pelicans.
Booker reached the 30-point mark for the second time in the last three games, and he also ended just one board shy of what would've been his second consecutive double-double. The star guard continues to play at a high level and the groin injury that caused him to miss three games in a row seems to be a thing of the past now. He's averaging 28.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.8 steals per game over his last five outings.

Suns' Devin Booker: Big double-double in Tuesday's win
Booker posted 21 points (7-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), two rebounds, 11 assists and two steals across 27 minutes during Tuesday's 132-108 victory over the Lakers.
The double-double was his fifth of the season, and first since Nov. 21. Booker has scored more than 20 points in four straight games since returning from a minor groin strain that cost him three contests, averaging 27.8 points, 6.3 assists, 2.8 boards, 1.8 steals, 1.0 threes and 0.8 blocks during that span.

Suns' Devin Booker: Strong line in loss
Booker produced 38 points (13-27 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 10-12 FT), five assists, one rebound, three steals and two blocks in 38 minutes of Saturday's 119-116 loss to Golden State.
Booker's heroics weren't quite enough as the Suns dropped to 15-13 on the season. Through 25 regular-season appearances, Booker is shooting 45.7 percent from the field with averages of 25.6 points, 6.4 assists, 4.2 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.7 three-pointers.

Suns' Devin Booker: Scores 25 points in win
Booker ended with 25 points (9-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Thursday's 99-98 win over the Warriors.
Booker started slow in this one, going into the halftime tunnel with just two points on 1-for-7 shooting, but he caught fire during the second half and hit some clutch shots down the stretch in the narrow win. Booker commented after the game that the reason for the improved second-half play was due to him shedding some protective shorts he was wearing that were restricting his movement in an effort to protect his groin, and he confirmed he would no longer be sporting the "core shorts." Booker has played well since coming back from the groin injury, and he'll look to keep it going in a rematch with the Warriors on Saturday.

Suns' Devin Booker: Delivers 27 points in loss
Booker (groin) finished Sunday's 116-114 loss to the Lakers with 27 points (7-17 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 13-16 FT), seven assists, six rebounds, one block and one steal across 31 minutes.
Booker was cleared to return from a right groin strain after missing his team's last three games, and he managed to lead Phoenix in scoring despite failing to connect from downtown. He instead focused on driving to the hoop, which resulted in a season-high 16 attempts from the charity stripe. Booker's shooting numbers have been a concern of late, as he's knocking down just 38.6 percent of his attempts from the field and 23.1 percent from deep over his last seven appearances.

Suns' Devin Booker: Available to play
Booker (groin) is available for Sunday's game against the Lakers, Shane Young of Forbes.com reports.
Booker is back after missing three games with a groin injury, which could result in Collin Gillespie or Royce O'Neale returning to the second unit. There will also be fewer minutes available for Jordan Goodwin with Booker active. Booker may have some minutes restrictions, but he's a must-start player whenever he's on the floor.

Suns' Devin Booker: Iffy for Sunday
Booker (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers.
Booker was a full participant in Friday's practice and will look to end a three-game absence due to a right groin strain he sustained against the Lakers on Dec. 1. If the star guard is cleared to play, Jamaree Bouyea and Jordan Goodwin could see their minutes dip. In 22 regular-season games thus far, Booker has averaged 25.0 points, 6.7 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 0.9 steals across 34.7 minutes per contest.

Suns' Devin Booker: Gets in full practice
Booker (groin) was a full participant in Friday's practice, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
It appears that Booker is pushing to return to the floor for Sunday's game against the Lakers. The superstar guard has missed three straight contests with a groin strain, though the Suns upgraded him to questionable before ultimately ruling him out ahead of Wednesday's matchup with the Thunder.

Suns' Devin Booker: Won't play vs. Thunder
Booker (groin) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Thunder, Brandon Rahbar of DailyThunder.com reports.
Booker's absence with a strained right groin will continue. The fact that he was originally tabbed as questionable suggests he's inching closer toward returning, though. With the superstar guard sidelined, extra playmaking responsibilities are falling into the hands of Collin Gillespie and Jordan Goodwin in the backcourt.

Suns' Devin Booker: Questionable for Wednesday
Booker (groin) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
Booker sustained a right groin strain against the Lakers on Dec. 1, though he has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's NBA Cup quarterfinals matchup. If the star guard is cleared to suit up against Oklahoma City, Jamaree Bouyea and Jordan Goodwin are candidates to see a dip in minutes. In his previous five games before sustaining the groin injury, Booker averaged 21.2 points, 6.2 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.0 steals while shooting just 36.4 percent from the field in 37.8 minutes per contest.
