I love Winston's chances of getting the 300-yard bonus this week. His price is down because he's played two of his last three games against the Steelers, but Winston only has one start this season below 26 Fantasy points when he's played anyone other than Pittsburgh. Kansas City is not currently a difficult matchup for a quarterback.

If you have a bye in Week 15 and are looking for a Week 16 streamer, Jameis Winston is the top choice in his matchup with the Bengals. Cooper Rush is the only QB they've held below 27 Fantasy points in the last month.
Winston could throw for 350 yards any given Sunday, and the Chiefs pass defense has not been particularly good lately. The Browns will not be able to run against Kansas City, which could lead to another 40-pass game from Winston. He's a two-week streamer because he gets the Bengals in Week 16. It is Cleveland in December, so do watch the weather reports, but it doesn't look bad as of Tuesday afternoon. As always, Winston is better in leagues that don't penalize too heavily for turnovers. If you are on bye and don't need a QB for Week 15, Winston is the clear top add, followed by Anthony Richardson.

Winston struggled in Week 14 at Pittsburgh but still managed to score 19.3 Fantasy points. He's now reached that total in four of six starts, including three outings with at least 29.6 points. Winston gets the Chiefs in Week 15, the Bengals in Week 16, and the Dolphins in Week 17, and that matchup against Cincinnati is fantastic. As for the Chiefs, four of the past six quarterbacks against Kansas City have scored at least 20.1 Fantasy points, making Winston a low-end starter in all leagues for Week 15.
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed Monday that Winston will start Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Stefanski noted that despite being eliminated from playoff contention, the Browns' focus is "just trying to find ways to get a win," and to that end, Winston is seen as a better candidate to direct the offense than backup Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Winston -- who has logged a 2-4 record as the team's starter -- thus is slated to face the 12-1 Chiefs this weekend following a Week 14 outing in which he completed 24 of 41 passes for 212 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in a 27-14 loss to the Steelers.

As is typically the case, Winston had impressive moments but also made a couple of backbreaking mistakes. The former came midway through the first quarter when he stepped up into the pocket and delivered a strike down the seam to Jerry Jeudy for a 35-yard score. Winston also led a long touchdown drive in the final quarter that concluded with a 15-yard toss to David Njoku to find the end zone and keep the Browns' hopes of a comeback alive. However, he turned the ball over multiple times for the third straight game and the fourth time in six starts on the campaign, and his first turnover changed the momentum of the contest. After the game, coach Kevin Stefanski declined to confirm that Winston would start in Week 15 against the Chiefs, per Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Winston faced the Steelers in the snow in Week 12 and passed for 219 yards, no touchdowns, and an interception, and he added a rushing touchdown for 13.4 Fantasy points. This isn't an easy matchup, and Pittsburgh is No. 1 in the fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. But Winston is averaging 47.8 pass attempts per game in his four non-snow games, and he just passed for 497 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions at Denver in Week 13. Joe Burrow just had 25.3 Fantasy points against the Steelers in Week 13, and I like Winston as a low-end No. 1 quarterback in all leagues.
If it wasn't for the awful matchup, Winston may be ranked as a top-five QB in Week 14. Just remember, the last time he faced this defense, he only threw for 219 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass. Still, there are six teams on a bye, and he just threw for 497 yards and four touchdowns against the Broncos, the team that used to be the number one defense versus quarterbacks. The weather should be good in Pittsburgh this week, and I'm trusting the guy who is averaging 24 FPPG as a starter.

Winston's final line was a signature one for a quarterback who's always combined a high risk tolerance with ill-timed throws, a recipe for an abundance of both yardage and turnovers. Both came to fruition Monday night, with Winston impressively dissecting what had been a suffocating Denver secondary over the course of the game with a major assist from former Broncos receiver Jerry Jeudy. Winston connected with Jeudy for 235 of his 497 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown, and he also facilitated a 100-yard performance for Elijah Moore while tallying a pair of scoring tosses to David Njoku (eight and four yards) and another to Nick Chubb (five yards). However, Winston's last two interceptions snuffed out any hope of a Cleveland victory, with Ja'Quan McMillian recording the Broncos' second pick-six of the night at the 1:48 mark of the fourth quarter to expand a 34-32 lead, and Cody Barton then snagging a pass intended for Njoku in the end zone with 44 seconds remaining. Despite the unpleasant finish for Winston and the Browns, the veteran signal-caller has raised the ceiling of Cleveland's offense several notches above what it was under Deshaun Watson, but he'll have another tough assignment on paper in a Week 14 road rematch with the Steelers.

Winston braved increasingly deteriorating weather conditions throughout the hard-fought victory, and he ultimately led the Browns to an upset with the help of his leaping two-yard fourth-down touchdown run and subsequent two-point conversion pass to David Njoku early in the fourth quarter. Then, after subsequently losing a fumble that led to a Steelers touchdown and throwing an interception in Pittsburgh territory on the next two possessions, Winston responded by driving the Browns for a game-winning score with a nine-play, 45-yard march through the snow. While he finished with his lowest passing yardage total yet over his four starts, that was understandable given the weather, the fact he lost wide receiver Cedric Tillman to a concussion in the second half and a matchup against one of the league's most talented defenses. We have a three-game sample size for Winston as the starter for the Browns, and he was excellent in two good matchups against Baltimore in Week 8 (29.6 Fantasy points) and New Orleans in Week 11 (30.6 points), but he struggled against the Chargers in Week 9 (12.1 points), which is a tough defense. He's facing another tough defense in Week 12 against the Steelers, who are No. 2 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing defenses. In the past two weeks, Pittsburgh has limited Jayden Daniels and Lamar Jackson to a combined 25.5 Fantasy points. This could be a rough game for Winston on Thursday night.
I hate the matchup for Winston, but he's averaging 23.4 FPPG since he took over as the starter, and there are six teams on a bye, so he's pretty clearly the second-best streamer behind Richardson. He's thrown at least 41 passes in three straight games, and he's averaging more than 300 yards per game. You may want to hide your eyes for the first three quarters, but even if the Steelers trounce the Browns, Winston can save the day in garbage time.

The veteran quarterback put together his best performance since taking over the Browns' starting job, but it went for naught as the Cleveland run defense couldn't figure out how to stop Taysom Hill. Winston found Jerry Jeudy for an 89-yard catch-and-run score late in the first quarter before hitting Elijah Moore for a 30-yard TD in the third, and his 395 yards were his highest single-game total since the 2019 season, when he reached 400 yards on three separate occasions en route to the league passing yards crown.
